The staff was very friendly. The swimming pool and gym offered good options for relaxation and exercise. The size of the room was great. I liked the blackout blinds that ensured a restful night.

I noticed the shower button was not working, so i could not take a shower. I spoke with the receptionist, and they offered no apology.

The receptionist was really helpful and got us a ground floor room upon request. The room was quiet and I was able to relax without disturbance. The beds are very comfortable, a real plus for a good night's sleep.
